The scheme design for this project is undertaken by Phenix Studio from Japan, and the design principal is KOBAYASHI. The landscape initiation meeting and construction drawing design is undertaken by Zinialand Landscape Architects.  

优美灵动的线条、圆润交互的造型、聆听自然的水景、鸟语花香的体验感受及特色的多维度景观空间处理手法，使人们在这里可以体验到商业、住宅及自然的完美结合。同时通过动感的线条、绚丽的灯光、纤柔的水景赋予了场地内一种特有的“乐活”精神，使人们可以在这里体验到无穷无尽的生活快乐，同时可以感受到温暖阳光下的午后温情。闲适、时尚、乐活、简约是场地内特有的精神主题，也是新成都人的精神追求。

Beautiful and agile linellae, mellow andinteractive shape, water feature that reflects the sound of nature, theexperience of twittering birds and fragrance and multi-dimensional landscapeand space approaches, all those elements collectively present a perfectintegration of commerce, residence and nature to people. Moreover, the agilelinellae, florid illumination and delicate water feature frames a unique ‘LOHAS’spirit for this project, which enables people to feel tremendous joy of lifeand postmeridian leisure. All those spiritual themes - leisure, fashion, LOHASand simple - are unique within this project, and are what new Chengdu peoplepursuing.
